Have you ever noticed how easy it is to care for others yet feel resistance when it comes to offering that same compassion to yourself? Often, what we call a lack of self-love isn’t a flaw, but a set of old blocks – beliefs and patterns that once protected us but now keep us small.
Led by therapist and healer Lee Ellis, trained in multiple modalities including ThetaHealing, this experience focuses on identifying and clearing the deeper blocks that interfere with self-love and self-acceptance. Rather than staying in analysis, Lee uses direct, core-level techniques designed to clear energetic and subconscious barriers at their root.
Participants will be supported in:
-
Identifying the blocks limiting self-love.
-
Experiencing guided practices to release them.
-
Shifting from self-criticism toward genuine self-acceptance.
-
Reconnecting with inherent worth that’s already present.
This is an experiential, foundational step for those ready to move beyond understanding self-love and begin living from it.
